Basic functions
Step 1 (Choose a recipient in the list or copy/paste e-mail addresses)
You can also type the beginning of a first or last name and the best matches will be shown.
Step 2 (Compose a message)
Step 3 (Double-click to select a date and time for sending)
The message will be automatically sent at this date and time. The free version of Fast Mail works once per hour.
You can also send all ready messages by using the Send All Now button in the side menu.
You can also preview the message by clicking a cell and then clicking on the Preview Email button in the side menu.
Advanced functions
Example: You can edit text in the Subject, paragraph 1, paragraph 2 and Introduction cells. Use the <<FIRST>> field for the first name and the <<LAST>> field for the last name for mass mailing. You can also use <<MSG1>> to <<MSG10>>, <<D>>, <<E>>, <<F>>.
To change the introduction and your signature, click on the config tab.
The application will automatically change the field names to the values in columns B and C.
You can do the same with the <<D>>, <<E>> and <<F>> fields.

Insert HTML in messages
Advanced users can use html tags.
The <br> tag inserts a single line break.
The <b> and </b> tags specify bold text.
