Day 69 - Last visit of Sherbrooke before the big departure (View T1)

Sherbrooke - October 29 , 2022

Only 2 days left before the big departure for Costa Rica . To follow my journey, click here .

A very nice day with Malik and Rayane. I told the story of Sherbrooke during a very nice walk lasting 2h30.

On the first photos: St. Michael's Cathedral , Trinity Church , the new Grandes-fourches bridge under construction.

The starting point is located at the Jardin du Grand Saule in Sherbrooke .

We went to the gorge of the Magog River to observe the falls of the Frontenac dam built in 1888.

We then visited the former Winter Prison.

We then admired the cenotaph of Sherbrooke.

It was a very nice visit, my last for several months because I will be in Costa Rica very soon. See the article in the Tribune de Sherbrooke.
