A beautiful colonial city with a view of the Volcano Concepción located on the island of ometepe.

It is not uncommon to see 3 people on a motorcycle. People travel by bicycle, sometimes 2 people on an old bike.

You can get around by TAXI bike.

I saw several people riding around on horseback.

It looks like time travel.

The currency used is the cordobas (Nio)

The market is bustling with activity.

Transportation to other nearby cities is done using old school buses from Canada or the USA.

Prices are significantly lower than those in Costa Rica.
