A colorful and friendly character from downtown, Madame Bou (Francine Lafond) used to approach passersby and humorously shout a big "BOU!", hence her nickname. She took great pleasure in making her rounds in the downtown businesses, living in the very building where the #Sherbylove mural is installed, until her death a few months before it was painted.
